    We are proud to offer Stainless Steel replacement hardware for the CRV/Element/Crosstour Rear Differentials.

    This Kit includes x4 short M6, x4 long M6, and x6 M8 bolts with washers. 16 bolts and 16 washers in total.

    The original factory hardware is plated steel which is highly prone to corrosion and in harsher climates and conditions actually fail upon removal. We have seen the longer M6 bolts snap in differentials coming from Northern USA, Canada, and various European Countries. We recommend heating the mating surfaces and using a penetrating oil on the tops and bottoms of the M6 bolts before breaking free by hand. Then replacing with our hardware kit. 

    These new Stainless Steel bolts will not rust or break down like their oem counterparts and will offer a sleek look and quick assembly for decades to come. The exact same bolts we use on all of our in house transmission and differential rebuilds. We recommend applying a thin layer of silicon sealant to prevent dissimilar metal corrosion. (pick your brand preference, we prefer permatex ultra grey or oem hondabond)
